The dust-laden gas is drawn into the ash hoppers of each chamber via the air inlet pipe of the dust collector. With the help of the ash hopper guide device, large dust particles are separated from the air flow and fall directly into the ash hopper, while finer dust is evenly distributed into the middle box and adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge.
The clean gas passes through the filter cartridge and enters the upper box. It is then discharged into the atmosphere through each offline valve and exhaust pipe. As the filtering process continues, dust accumulates on the filter cartridge. When the equipment resistance reaches the specified value, the cleaning control device activates the electric pulse valve and compressed air is used to instantly increase the pressure in the filter cartridge. This results in the dust being shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
