Stainless Steel Vertical Cartridge Type Dust Collector Pulse Jet Bag Filter

The pulse filter cartridge dust collector adopts a highly efficient dust removal method, which provides a good filtering effect even with its small size, while maintaining stable operation. The dust-laden gas is directed into the ash hoppers of each chamber through the air inlet pipe of the dust collector. The ash hopper guide device ensures that large dust particles are separated and fall directly into the ash hopper, while finer dust particles are evenly distributed into the middle box. This fine dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, allowing the clean gas to pass through the filter cartridge and enter the upper box, where it can be discharged into the atmosphere through each offline valve and exhaust pipe.

As the filter cartridge captures more and more dust, equipment resistance will eventually reach a specified resistance value (usually 1500Pa). At this point, the cleaning control device opens the electric pulse valve according to a predetermined program triggered by either the differential pressure setting or the cleaning time setting. The compressed air then sprays instantly, increasing the pressure in the filter cartridge and shaking off the excess dust into the ash hopper. This cleaning method can eliminate even sticky fine dust particles, ensuring a more thorough cleaning experience.

The pulse filter cartridge dust collector consists of several parts, including an air inlet, a filter cartridge, an air outlet, an air bag, a pulse controller, a spray valve, a spray pipe, and more. The filter cartridge is made of folded and rolled polyester fiber and has a closed lower end and the center of the upper end facing the lower end of the spray pipe. When the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, the air flow speed slows down, allowing the coarse particles to separate from the air flow and settle in the dust collecting chamber. As the air passes through the filter cartridge, fine dust is blocked on the outer surface, while clean gas is discharged from the air outlet.

The dust collector is automatically controlled by the pulse controller, with pressure difference control or time control options available. The pulse spray method for dust cleaning ensures thorough cleaning while guaranteeing the filter cartridge's lifespan as it isn't damaged during the cleaning process. The airtight design of the box body combined with the excellent sealing materials used for the inspection door ensures a very low air leakage rate. The inlet and outlet air ducts are also arranged compactly, minimizing the air flow resistance. All of these features make the dust collector an ideal choice for the purification of dust-containing gases and the recovery of dust materials in various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, feed, metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power, and light industry.
