At our company, the Microwave Waste Gas Purification Technology is a significant scientific and technological research project that we are proud to offer. We are among the few China-based companies that utilize microwave electrodeless lamp technology to purify waste gas. The electrodeless lamp is an ultraviolet light that is currently used in many industrial applications, which is excited by microwaves.
Our ultraviolet light has a dosage of over 65mw/cm3, and it incorporates wavelengths of 185nm, 176nm, 173nm, and 254nm in the light spectrum. Moreover, the electron energy is roughly 13ev which means that it can quickly tear apart pollutants. The molecules with positive charges of high-energy ions (oxygen molecular groups) will quickly break and turn into active oxygen to participate in the oxidation stage.
Using a particular light beam that irradiates odorous gases helps crack them. These odorous gases include ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, and benzene, toluene, xylene molecular chain structure. The ultraviolet light beam degrades the organic or inorganic high molecular odor compound molecular chain into low molecular compounds like CO2, H20, etc. Also, the high ozone UV ultraviolet light beams break oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, which is active oxygen.
When free oxygen combines with oxygen molecules, it produces ozone (0+02→03(ozone)). As we know, ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and has an immediate removal effect on malodorous gases and other irritating odors. The purification equipment uses C-wave light beams and ozone to carry out a synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction on the malodorous gas. Through this process, the malodorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, and they are discharged outside through the exhaust duct.
Our technology not only helps purify the air, but it also helps kill bacteria. The UV light beam cracks the molecular bonds of bacteria in the malodorous gas and destroys the bacterial nucleic acid (DNA). Subsequently, with the use of ozone, it carries out an oxidation reaction to achieve the purpose of deodorization and killing bacteria efficiently.
